Here at Lil Learners, we're not officially registered as a NDIS service provider at this stage, however if you are:

Self Managed you can purchase our products through your Low Cost Assistive Technology budget where appropriate.

Please ensure you include the necessary details below, within your orders in the "Notes" section in the Your Cart step:

• NDIS Participant's Name
• NDIS Participant's Number
• NDIS Participant's Date of Birth

Dispatch Time:

• Delivery time commence after customers' payments have been cleared.
• Items are dispatched from our suppliers typically within 1-2 working days after cleared payment.

General Shipping Policy

We have connected with multiple suppliers across Australia and to provide the most efficient delivery services depending on various factors such as package size, shipping costs and distribution centre locations.

As a general shipping guideline, as there are unforeseen delays during shipment depending on the level congestion in the delivery network and other various factors to be clear theses are not to be taken as a hard delivery timeframe.(we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as this is beyond our control).

• VIC - approximately 3 - 8 business days
• NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD - approximately 5 - 10 business days
• WA, NT, and TAS - approximately 7 - 14 business days
